Shipping — CARSO MODULES

We offer FREE freight shipping on every couch to the contiguous United States. (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded at checkout.)

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Freight deliveries typically arrive 7–14 business days after your order ships — you'll get tracking as soon as your couch leaves the warehouse.

Freight means curbside delivery: the carrier brings it to your curb or driveway in multiple boxes. Large items need two people to move inside — plan accordingly.

If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we'll repair or replace it at our cost.

Wrong address? If your couch ships to the address you entered, re-routing is on you.
